    6. Select “Assign Roles/Authorizations” from the menu bar. 
    7. Select the roles/authorizations you want to assign to the work area and select “Save”. 
    8. Select “View Contents” from the menu bar to view documents and data related to the task or project in the work area. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that users create a backup of their work area before making any changes or deleting it, in case any data is lost or corrupted during the process. Additionally, it is recommended that users regularly review their assigned roles/authorizations in order to ensure that they have access only to what they need for their tasks or projects.
