  2. Select “Upload” from the menu bar. 
  3. Select the file you wish to upload from your local computer and click “Open”. 
  4. Enter a name for the selection variant and click “Save”. 
  5. To download a selection variant, enter the transaction code SVAR_UPLOADDOWNLOAD in the command field and press enter. 
  6. Select “Download” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the selection variant you wish to download and click “Open”. 
  8. Select a location on your local computer where you wish to save the file and click “Save”.
