    1. Enter SUGR_NAV into the command field and press enter. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar to create a new user group. 
    3. Enter a name for the user group and select “Save”. 
    4. Select “Assign Users” from the menu bar to assign users to the newly created user group. 
    5. Select the users you want to assign and select “Save”. 
    6. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of SUGR_NAV. 
    7. To edit an existing user group, select it from the list and select “Edit” from the menu bar. 
    8. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
    9. To delete a user group, select it from the list and select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
    10. Confirm that you want to delete the user group and select “Yes” when prompted.
