  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  To use the SPH1 transaction code, follow these steps 
  1. Log into your SAP system. 
  2. Enter the transaction code SPH1 in the command field. 
  3. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the required information for the telephony server profile, such as IP address, port number, and other parameters. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To manage user accounts and access rights for the telephony server, select “User Administration” from the menu bar. 
  7. Enter the required information for each user account and select “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of SPH1 transaction code.
