  Overview:
  SPAM (Support Package Manager) is a SAP transaction code used to manage support packages in the SAP system. It is used to install, update, and delete support packages, as well as to monitor the progress of the installation process. 
  
  Functionality: 
  SPAM allows users to install, update, and delete support packages in the SAP system. It also provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for monitoring the progress of the installation process. Additionally, SPAM can be used to check the status of installed support packages and to view the list of available support packages. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code SPAM in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Support Packages” tab from the menu bar. 
  4. Select the “Install” option from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Select the desired support package from the list of available packages and click “Install”. 
  6. Monitor the progress of the installation process using the graphical user interface (GUI). 
  7. Once installation is complete, select “Finish” to exit SPAM.
