  1. Enter the transaction code SII20 in the command field.

  4. Select the “Training Plans” tab to view all existing training plans for that employee. 
  5. To create a new training plan, select the “Create” option from the menu bar and enter all relevant information about the plan. 
  6. To modify an existing plan, select it from the list and click on “Edit” from the menu bar. 
  7. To delete an obsolete plan, select it from the list and click on “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  8. Finally, click on “Save” to save any changes made to the training plan.
