  1. Enter RSRTK into the SAP transaction code field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new key figure. 
  3. Enter a name for the key figure and select a type (e.g., currency, quantity, etc.). 
  4. Enter a description for the key figure and select a unit of measure (e.g., currency, quantity, etc.). 
  5. Select “Save” to save the key figure definition. 
  6. Select “Activate” to activate the key figure definition. 
  7. Select “Display” to view the key figure definition. 
  8. Select “Change” to make changes to the key figure definition. 
  9. Select “Delete” to delete the key figure definition. 
  10. Select “Back” to return to the main menu of RSRTK transaction code.
