  Overview: 
  RECAALVTRANS is an SAP transaction code used to transport RE ALV variants from one system to another. It is used to transport the variants created in the Report Painter/Report Writer (RE) and the ALV Grid Control (ALV) from one system to another. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The RECAALVTRANS transaction code allows users to transport RE ALV variants from one system to another. This is done by creating a transport request in the source system, which is then imported into the target system. The variants are then available in the target system for use. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. In the source system, go to transaction code RECAALVTRANS. 
  2. Select the variant you want to transport and click on “Create Transport Request”. 
  3. Enter a description for the transport request and click “Save”. 
  4. Go to transaction code SE01 and select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter a description for the transport request and click “Save”. 
  6. Select “Release” from the menu bar and click “Yes” when prompted. 
  7. Go to transaction code STMS and select “Import Overview:” from the menu bar. 
  8. Select the transport request you created and click “Import”. 
  9. The variant will now be available in the target system for use.
