  PV05 is an SAP transaction code used to display a list of attendees for business events. It is used to view the list of people who have registered for a particular event. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PV05 allows users to view the list of attendees for a business event. It also allows users to view the details of each attendee, such as their name, contact information, and other relevant information. Additionally, it can be used to generate reports on the attendance of the event. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP and enter transaction code PV05 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the event number in the Event field and click “Execute”. 
  3. The list of attendees will be displayed in the table below. 
  4. To view the details of an attendee, select their name from the list and click “Display”. 
  5. The details of the attendee will be displayed in a new window. 
  6. To generate a report on the attendance of the event, click “Print” and select “Attendance List” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. The report will be generated and can be printed or saved as a PDF file.
