  Overview: 
  PT_BAL00 is a SAP transaction code used to display the results of cumulated time evaluation. It is used to view the total time worked by an employee, as well as the total overtime worked. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view the total time worked by an employee, as well as the total overtime worked. It also allows users to view the total number of hours worked in a given period, and the total number of hours worked in overtime. Additionally, it can be used to view the total number of hours worked in a given period, and the total number of hours worked in overtime. 
  
  Step-by-step How to use 
  1. Log into SAP and enter transaction code PT_BAL00. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number and select “Execute”. 
  3. The results of cumulated time evaluation will be displayed. 
  4. To view the total time worked by an employee, select “Time Evaluation Results” from the left-hand menu. 
  5. To view the total overtime worked, select “Overtime Results” from the left-hand menu. 
  6. To view the total number of hours worked in a given period, select “Time Evaluation Results” from the left-hand menu and enter the desired date range. 
  7. To view the total number of hours worked in overtime, select “Overtime Results” from the left-hand menu and enter the desired date range.
