  Overview: 
  PT68 is a transaction code used in SAP to allocate activities to cost centers. It is used to assign activities to cost centers and to view the activity allocations for a cost center. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PT68 transaction code allows users to assign activities to cost centers and view the activity allocations for a cost center. It also allows users to view the activity allocations for a cost center, as well as the total costs associated with each activity. Additionally, it allows users to view the total costs associated with each activity, as well as the total costs associated with all activities assigned to a cost center. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PT68 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Activity Allocation” tab. 
  3. Select the “Cost Center” tab and enter the cost center number. 
  4. Select the “Activity” tab and enter the activity number. 
  5. Enter the amount of time allocated for each activity in hours or days. 
  6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To view the activity allocations for a cost center, select the “Cost Center” tab and enter the cost center number. 
  8. Select the “Activity Allocation” tab and click “Display” to view the activity allocations for that cost center. 
  9. To view the total costs associated with each activity, select the “Activity” tab and enter
