  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP and enter the transaction code PEPP. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the personnel profile, such as employee qualifications, skills, and job requirements. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the profile. 
  5. To view or edit an existing profile, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the profile ID. 
  6. To generate a report on personnel planning activities, select the “Reports” option from the menu bar and enter the required parameters.
