  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PA51 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select the period for which you want to view or edit time data from the Period drop-down menu. 
  4. Select the type of time data you want to view or edit from the Time Type drop-down menu. 
  5. Click on the Execute button to view or edit the time data for the selected personnel number and period. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the time data and click on the Save button to save your changes.
