  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the OO_PTSPPS_SMUCD transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create Assignment Proposal” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the employee or group of employees that you want to assign a new working time pattern to. 
  4. Select the new working time pattern that you want to assign from the list of predefined templates or create a new one manually. 
  5. Enter any additional information that is required and click “Save”. 
  6. The assignment proposal will then be sent for approval or rejection by the relevant personnel. 
  7. Once approved, the new working time pattern will be assigned to the selected employee or group
