  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code OOHAP_SETTINGS_PA - PA Settings for OOHAP is used to configure the settings for the Out of Hours Access Profile (OOHAP) in the Personnel Administration (PA) module. This transaction code allows users to set up and maintain the OOHAP settings, which are used to control access to certain HR functions outside of normal working hours. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The OOHAP_SETTINGS_PA - PA Settings for OOHAP transaction code allows users to configure the settings for the Out of Hours Access Profile (OOHAP). This includes setting up and maintaining the access rights for different user groups, as well as defining the time periods during which access is allowed.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OOHAP_SETTINGS_PA - PA Settings for OOHAP into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Settings” tab and choose the “Global Settings” option. 
  3. Select the “Access Rights” tab and choose the user group you want to configure access rights for. 
  4. Select the “Time Periods” tab and define the time periods during which access is allowed. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for any additional user groups you want to configure access rights for. 
  7. Select the “Back”
