  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OC31 in the command field. 
  2. The Table Maintenance screen will appear. 
  3. Select “Table T869A” from the list of tables. 
  4. Select “Maintain” from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter the currency code, exchange rate type, and exchange rate for each local currency you wish to maintain in the system. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the Table Maintenance screen.
