  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code O400 is used for Location Management in the IS-Oil MRN module. It is used to manage the locations of materials and resources in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The O400 transaction code allows users to create, view, and edit locations in the system. It also allows users to assign materials and resources to specific locations. Additionally, it can be used to view the status of materials and resources at a given location. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the O400 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the new location, such as name, address, and type of location. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new location. 
  5. To assign materials or resources to a location, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information for each material or resource. 
  6. To view the status of materials or resources at a given location, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information for each material or resource. 
  7. To edit an existing location, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information for each material or resource. 
  8. Select “Save” to save any changes made to an existing location.
