  Overview:
  NCA6 is a transaction code used in SAP to display the list of all the documents that have been posted in a company code. It is used to view the documents that have been posted in the system and to check the status of the documents. 
  
  Functionality: 
  NCA6 allows users to view all documents that have been posted in a company code. It also allows users to check the status of the documents, such as whether they have been posted or not. Additionally, it can be used to view the details of each document, such as the document number, posting date, and document type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code NCA6 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the company code for which you want to view the documents. 
  3. Select the document type you want to view from the drop-down list. 
  4. Click on “Execute” to display all documents that have been posted in the company code. 
  5. To view details of a particular document, select it from the list and click on “Display”. 
  6. To check the status of a document, select it from the list and click on “Status”. 
  7. To exit, click on “Back” or “Cancel”.
