  1. Enter the transaction code MC8N in the command field. 
  2. Select the version you want to delete from the list of available versions. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to confirm the deletion of the selected version. 
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for any additional versions you want to delete. 
  5. Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
