  Overview:
  KEGE is an SAP transaction code used to access the Overview: Plan IAA Cycles. This transaction code is used to view and manage the cycles of the Internal Activity Allocation (IAA) process. It allows users to view the current status of the IAA cycles, as well as to create, change, and delete them. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Overview: Plan IAA Cycles transaction code provides users with a comprehensive overview of the IAA cycles. It displays information such as the cycle name, start date, end date, and status. It also allows users to create new cycles, change existing ones, and delete them if necessary. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code KEGE in the SAP command field. 
  2. The Overview: Plan IAA Cycles screen will appear. 
  3. To create a new cycle, click on the “Create” button in the top toolbar. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the new cycle (name, start date, end date). 
  5. Click “Save” to save the new cycle. 
  6. To change an existing cycle, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button in the top toolbar. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete a cycle, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button in the top toolbar. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the cycle by clicking “Yes”
