  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code JYF5 is used to maintain the number range for the ISM_FICOL object. This object is used to store the financial document numbers for the FI-CO module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The JYF5 transaction code allows users to maintain the number range for the ISM_FICOL object. This includes creating new number ranges, changing existing number ranges, and deleting existing number ranges. The number range can be set up to be either internal or external. Internal number ranges are used when the document numbers are generated by the system, while external number ranges are used when the document numbers are manually entered by the user. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code JYF5 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new number range and select “Internal” or “External” as appropriate. 
  4. Enter a description for the new number range and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Change” from the menu bar to change an existing number range or “Delete” to delete an existing number range. 
  6. Select “Save” to save any changes made to an existing number range or “Cancel” to cancel any changes made to an existing number range. 
  7. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of transaction code JYF5.
