  Overview:

  1. Enter transaction code JITY in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Archive” button. 
  3. Enter the delivery number of the JIT inbound delivery that you want to archive. 
  4. Select “Execute” to start archiving the data of the inbound delivery document. 
  5. Once archiving is complete, a confirmation message will appear on screen.
