  1. Log into your SAP system and enter the transaction code JBRUM in the command field.

  3. To create a new entry, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter all the necessary information for the new entry and click “Save” when you are done. 
  5. To modify an existing entry, select it from the list and click on “Change” at the top of the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when you are done.
