  1. Enter the transaction code JBAC into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new risk category and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Edit” from the menu bar and enter any changes that need to be made to the risk category. 
  5. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and assign the risk category to a specific level of the risk hierarchy. 
  6. Select “Save” when finished making changes. 
  7. Select “View Hierarchy” from the menu bar to view the risk hierarchy in a graphical format. 
  8. Select “Delete” from the menu bar if you need to delete a risk
