  4. Enter a start and end value for the range and select “Save” again. 
  5. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the new range. 
  6. Select “Display” from the menu bar to view all active number ranges in the system. 
  7. To change or delete an existing range, select it from the list and make your changes or select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a number range has been activated, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deactivating it. Additionally, it is recommended that users create multiple number ranges for each object type in order to ensure that numbers are assigned efficiently and accurately.
