  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new clarification code, enter the transaction code IBR30 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the desired clarification code in the Clarification Code field. 
  3. Enter a description of the clarification code in the Description field. 
  4. Select the desired activity from the Activity field. 
  5. Click on the Save button to save the new clarification code and its associated activity. 
  6. To change an existing clarification code, enter the transaction code IBR30 in the command field. 
  7. Enter the desired clarification code in the Clarification Code field. 
  8. Select the desired activity from the Activity field.
