  1. Enter the transaction code HRUA_MILITARY_STATUS into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new military status for an employee. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new military status, such as the employee’s name, date of birth, and military status. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new military status. 
  5. To view an existing military status, select “Display” and enter the employee’s name or ID number. 
  6. To edit an existing military status, select “Change” and enter the employee’s name or ID number. 
  7. Enter any changes that need to be made and select “Save” to save them.
