  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code HRPAYUAP7 in the command field. 
  2. Select the company code for which you want to generate Form P-7. 
  3. Select the period for which you want to generate Form P-7. 
  4. Enter the employee details such as name, job title, salary, allowances, deductions, etc. 
  5. Click on “Generate” to generate Form P-7. 
  6. Submit the form to MOHRE on a quarterly basis.
