  Overview:
  HRBEN0004 is an SAP transaction code used to monitor the status of employee expressions of interest (EOI). This transaction code is used to view the status of EOIs, such as whether they have been accepted, rejected, or are still pending. It also allows users to view the details of each EOI, such as the employee’s name, the date the EOI was submitted, and any comments associated with it.

  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter transaction code HRBEN0004 in the SAP command field. 
  2. The system will display a list of all EOIs that have been submitted and their current status. 
  3. Select an EOI from the list to view its details. 
  4. The system will display the details of the selected EOI, such as the employee’s name, the date the EOI was submitted, and any comments associated with it. 
  5. To update an EOI’s status, select “Change Status” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
