    4. Select “Save” to save the document. 
    5. To view an existing document, enter GMCA_PLIO_D in the command field and press enter. 
    6. Select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    7. Enter the document number of the document you wish to view and select “Execute”. 
    8. To edit an existing document, enter GMCA_PLIO_D in the command field and press enter. 
    9. Select “Change” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    10. Enter the document number of the document you wish to edit and select “Execute”. 
    11. Make any necessary changes to the document and select “Save” when finished. 
    12. To delete a document, enter GMCA_PLIO_D in the command field and press enter. 
    13. Select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    14. Enter the document number of the document you wish to delete and select “Execute”. 
    15. Confirm that you wish to delete the document by selecting “Yes” when prompted by SAP system message box that appears on your screen.
