  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter GJVS in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the document number of the journal entry you wish to view in the Document Number field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The details of the journal entry will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To view the line items associated with the journal entry, click on Line Items (F6). 
  6. The line items associated with the journal entry will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To exit, click on Back (F3).
