  The FMUH transaction code allows users to maintain reasons for decisions in the SAP system. This includes creating, editing, and deleting reasons for decisions. It also allows users to view existing reasons for decisions and assign them to documents. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the FMUH transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a description of the reason for decision in the “Description” field. 
  4. Select a type of decision from the drop-down menu in the “Type” field. 
  5. Select a category from the drop-down menu in the “Category” field. 
  6. Select a sub-category from the drop-down menu in the “Sub-Category” field. 
  7. Enter a code for the reason for decision in the “Code” field. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  9. To assign a reason for decision to a document, select it from the list of available reasons and click “Assign”. 
  10. To delete a reason for decision, select it from the list of available reasons and click “Delete”.
