  1. Enter FMME105 in the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the field group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Fields” from the menu bar and enter the fields that should be included in the field group. 
  5. Select “Save” when finished entering fields. 
  6. Select “Assignments” from the menu bar and assign the field group to an external application, as well as assign authorization profiles if necessary. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished assigning field groups and authorization profiles. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the field group for use with external applications.
