    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter FMIT in the SAP command field. 
    2. Select “Create” to create a new distribution rule. 
    3. Enter the criteria for the rule, such as company code, cost center, or business area. 
    4. Select “Save” to save the rule. 
    5. To view or edit an existing rule, select “Display” and enter the name of the rule you wish to view or edit. 
    6. To delete a rule, select “Delete” and enter the name of the rule you wish to delete.
