  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FM+8 in the command field. 
  2. The list of all activity categories will be displayed. 
  3. To create a new activity category, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the required information for the new category, such as name, description, and status. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the new category. 
  6. To edit an existing category, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button. 
  7. Make the necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing category, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the category by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
