  1. Enter DRPB into the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new background job. 
  3. Enter the job name, description, and other relevant information into the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select the “Schedule” button to set up a schedule for the job. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the job. 
  6. Select the “Execute” button to execute the job immediately or select the “Schedule” button to schedule it for later execution.
