  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the DBA Planning Calendar by entering transaction code DB13 in the SAP command field.

  4. Create a new task by clicking on “Create Task” in the toolbar. 
  5. Enter a description of the task, assign it to a user, and set a deadline for completion. 
  6. Save the task by clicking “Save” in the toolbar. 
  7. View all tasks in list view by clicking “List View” in the toolbar. 
  8. Edit or delete existing tasks by selecting them from the list view and clicking “Edit” or “Delete” in the toolbar.
