  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the CXH2 transaction code in the SAP system. 
  2. Select the group for which you want to view or manage appropriation items. 
  3. You will be presented with an overview of all the appropriation items that have been created for the selected group. 
  4. To create a new appropriation item, click on the “Create” button and enter the required information. 
  5. To change an existing appropriation item, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button. 
  6. To delete an existing appropriation item, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. 
  7. Once you have finished making changes, click on the “Save” button to save
