  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the transaction code CRO5 in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the selection code and select a type from the drop-down list. 
  4. Enter a description for the selection code and select a value from the drop-down list. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the selection code. 
  6. To change or delete a selection code, select it from the list and then select “Change” or “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  7. To assign a selection text to a selection code, select it from the list and then select “Assign Texts” from the menu bar. 
  8. Enter a description for the selection text and select a value from the drop-down list.
