  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the CRM WFD Site Configuration tool by entering the transaction code “CRM_WFM_SM” in the command field of the SAP GUI. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar to create a new web channel site. 
  3. Enter the required information such as site name, language, currency, and time zone. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. Select “Activate” to activate your new web channel site. 
  6. Select “Manage Content” from the menu bar to manage web channel content such as product catalogs, promotions, and campaigns. 
  7. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Publish” to publish your changes to the live
