  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access CRMC_MKTCA_WF_CUST, enter the transaction code into the command field in the SAP GUI. 
  2. The main screen will display a list of existing campaigns and their associated workflows. 
  3. To create a new campaign, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the campaign and click “Save” when finished. 
  5. To edit an existing campaign, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the campaign and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete a campaign, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the campaign by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
