  4. Enter a description for the profile in the Description field. 
  5. Select a status from the Status drop-down list and enter a description for it in the Description field. 
  6. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each additional status you want to add to the profile. 
  7. Click Save to save your changes. 
  8. Click Activate to activate your changes and make them available for use in other transactions.

  It is important to note that once a status profile has been activated, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deactivating it.
