  1. Enter transaction code CN47 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the cost center number in the Cost Center field. 
  3. Select the “Display” button to view the activities and elements of the cost center. 
  4. Select the “Cost Element” tab to view the cost elements associated with the cost center. 
  5. Select the “Activity Allocations” tab to view the activity allocations associated with the cost center. 
  6. Select the “Budget/Actual/Planned Costs” tab to view the budget, actual costs, and planned costs for each activity or element associated with the cost center. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save any changes made to the cost center’s activities or elements.
