This includes creating new number ranges, changing existing ones, and deleting obsolete ones. The CGB1 transaction code also allows users to view existing number ranges and their associated data. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the CGB1 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the desired number range name and description in the appropriate fields.
