  The SAP transaction code CF25 is used to manage the PRT (Printing Resource Type) master usage in a PM (Plant Maintenance) order. This transaction code allows users to assign a PRT to a PM order and view the details of the PRT master usage. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CF25 transaction code enables users to assign a PRT to a PM order and view the details of the PRT master usage. This includes the PRT number, description, and other related information. Additionally, users can also view the list of all PRTs assigned to a PM order and delete any unwanted PRTs from the list. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CF25 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the PM order number in the Order field. 
  3. Select the “Assign” button to assign a PRT to the PM order. 
  4. Enter the PRT number in the “PRT Number” field and select “Enter”. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To view the details of a PRT master usage, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the PRT number in the “PRT Number” field. 
  7. To delete a PRT from a PM order, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the PRT number in the “PRT Number” field. 
  8. Select “Save” to save your changes.
