  5. Assign characteristics to the group by selecting “Assign Characteristics” from the menu bar. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar when you are finished assigning characteristics. 
  7. Assign a report to the group by selecting “Assign Report” from the menu bar. 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu bar when you are finished assigning reports. 
  9. Select “Back” from the menu bar when you are finished creating or changing a characteristics group.
