  1. Enter the transaction code AW01 in the command field.

  3. Select the “Asset Master Data” tab to view all asset master data. 
  4. Select the “Depreciation Areas” tab to view all depreciation areas associated with an asset. 
  5. Select the “Asset Values” tab to view all asset values associated with an asset. 
  6. Select the “Graphical Representation” tab to view a graphical representation of the asset structure. 
  7. To create a new asset or modify an existing one, select the “Create/Modify Asset” option from the menu. 
  8. Enter all necessary information and click “Save” to save changes or create a new asset.
