  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code AS25 is used to block a group of assets in the Asset Accounting (FI-AA) module. This code is used to prevent any further changes to the assets in the group, such as depreciation, transfers, or disposals. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The AS25 transaction code allows users to block a group of assets in the Asset Accounting module. This prevents any further changes to the assets in the group, such as depreciation, transfers, or disposals. The blocked assets can still be viewed and reported on, but no changes can be made. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code AS25 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the company code for which you want to block the asset group. 
  3. Enter the asset group you want to block and select “Block” from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Confirm your selection by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  5. The asset group will now be blocked and no further changes can be made to it. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once an asset group has been blocked, it cannot be unblocked without first reversing all of the changes that have been made since it was blocked. Therefore, it is recommended that users take caution when using this transaction code and only block an asset group when absolutely necessary.
