  4. Select the type of delivery item category from the drop-down list. 
  5. Enter a description for the new delivery item category in the “Description” field. 
  6. Select a status for the new delivery item category from the drop-down list. 
  7. Enter a pricing procedure for the new delivery item category in the “Pricing Procedure” field. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes and create the new delivery item category. 
  9. To assign a delivery item category to a sales document, select “Assign” from the menu
