  1. To create a new role, enter the 0KEX_ROLE transaction code in the command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create Role” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Enter a name for the role and select “Save”. 
  4. To assign tasks to the role, select “Assign Tasks” from the menu on the left side of the screen.

  6. To assign users to the role, select “Assign Users” from the menu on the left side of the screen.

  8. To modify an existing role, enter the 0KEX_ROLE transaction code in the command field and press enter.
